What is the length of a lease?
Leases are typically 12 months. On special circumstances, we are able to offer 3, 6, 9+ per month leases.
What are the rental qualifications?
An acceptable renter must possess a valid state ID and social security card along with the following:
- No open bankruptcies
- Your gross monthly income has to be three(3) times the amount of your rent
- Satisfactory credit history with a 550 or higher score
- No open evictions or evictions within the last 2 years
- We conduct a criminal background check
Do we accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8)?
We do accept Section 8 vouchers on some of our properties. Please inquire with the office on specifics.
How much are security deposits?
Security deposits match the amount of the property for rent.
How can I see a property for rent?
Properties are shown by appointments only. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.
